Account Alerts
Account alerts are easy to set up and give you more financial control. Simply log in to U.S. Bank Internet Banking and select the "Alerts" link on the left side of the page. Choose your preference of either email or text message reminders, and then pick the alerts you want to receive. Here are just a few examples:
- Online Statement Available
- Low or Negative Deposit Balance
- Deposit or Withdrawal Processed
- CD Maturity
- Debit (Charge) or Credit (Refund) Posted
- Payment Posted or Payment Due
Security Alerts
Security alerts help protect you by confirming changes you make to your account. We send them to your email or Web-enabled device automatically when any of the following occurs:
- Address or Email Change
- Home or Mobile Phone Number Change
- Internet Banking ID or Password Change or Disabled
- Log In Assistance Requested
- ID Shield Setup, Questions and Answers Change or Phrase Change
- Enrollment in Mobile Wallet
- Mobile PIN Changes
